Mini Cakes for Cats and Dogs
2 C. whole wheat flour
1/2 C. soybean flour
1C. skim milk or water
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp. salt
Mix dry ingrediants. Add liquid and honey. Mix and let the dough rest in a warm place for 15 minutes. Add oil and allow it to sit another half hour. Take walnut size portions of dough and flatten into small cakes. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.
For cats, roll the dough into 1/4" sheet thickness and score into small sections (1/4" square or smaller).
